# Passport > Passport is church management software built for guest follow-up: it records every first-time guest, gives each one a named person to follow up within 48 hours, and shows which guests come back. Passport is church management software built around one job: keeping the people who visit. It captures guests from your Plan Your Visit page, connection card, prospect cards and ads, and lists them in the Guests hub. Within 48 hours of a first visit, a named person on your team gets a care assignment, and Guest Journeys keep going until the guest is connected to a group, class or ministry. Passport works alongside Breeze and Planning Center, and it can also run people, groups, giving, events and services for churches that want everything in one place. **Who it is for:** Passport is built for churches that already get visitors and need help with the quiet week after a first visit. That is usually 40 to 1,000 weekly attendees, one or two paid staff, and volunteers at the door. Machine-readable copies: [pricing in Markdown](https://passport.church/pricing.md) and [every page of this site as Markdown](https://passport.church/llms-full.txt). ## Plans List prices in USD, flat per church. Each plan includes everything in the one before it. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is collected at signup and nothing is charged that day. Texting and email are billed per message on top of the plan; the rates are in [pricing.md](https://passport.church/pricing.md). - **GoReach**: $9.95/month, or $99/year billed yearly. Outreach teams meeting people in the community before they visit. Includes GoReach map with territory planning and coverage; Door-knocking with nearby prospects on your phone; Prospect cards and prospect follow-up; iOS and Android app; CSV export of your own data; 5 staff seats, 1 campus. - **Companion**: $49/month, or $470/year billed yearly. Guest follow-up for churches that keep Breeze or Planning Center. Includes everything in GoReach, plus Guests hub and Visit page; Guest Journeys with automatic texts; Connection card and QR welcome card; Guest inbox your follow-up team can answer; Follow-up tasks with a named owner; Retention reports; Connects to Breeze and Planning Center, including attendance; Unlimited staff seats. - **Plus**: $69/month, or $660/year billed yearly. Churches running everything in Passport. Includes everything in Companion, plus People directory, groups, classes and ministries; Check-in, including kids check-in; Online giving; Service planning; Pastoral care and attendance alerts; Custom forms, workflows and campaigns. - **Pro**: $99/month, or $950/year billed yearly. Churches with more than one campus, or that want check-in by face recognition. Includes everything in Plus, plus AI attendance (opt-in face-recognition check-in); Up to 5 campuses; Analytics exports. ## Alongside Breeze and Planning Center Passport works alongside Breeze and Planning Center. Keep your church database where it is: your staff and volunteers go on using the system they know, and Passport handles follow-up with your guests. - **Breeze**: Import your people, tags, events and attendance history from Breeze. While the connection is set to keep Breeze updated, each new guest Passport captures is added to Breeze, matched to anyone already there so nobody is entered twice. If you take attendance in Breeze, Passport reads it from the Breeze events you match to your services, so it knows when a guest comes back. - **Planning Center**: Import your people, households, groups, events, check-ins and services from Planning Center. If you check people in with Planning Center Check-Ins, Passport reads the check-ins for the events you match to your services, so it knows when a guest comes back. First-time guests checked in there start their follow-up in Passport. ## Key terms Passport uses these words precisely. Full definitions: [glossary](https://passport.church/glossary/). - **Guest**: Anybody your church has met and has not yet connected. It spans both Prospects and Visitors, and it ends the moment somebody joins a group, a class or a ministry. - **Prospect**: Someone your team has met who has not yet attended a church service. Somebody who came to a community event or planned a visit they have not kept is still a Prospect. - **Visitor**: Someone whose attendance at a church service has been recorded at least once. Groups, classes and community events never make somebody a Visitor — only a service does. - **Attendee**: A Visitor who has been present for a number of distinct weeks your church sets, counting services, small groups and class sessions alike. Off by default. - **Member**: Someone who has met every membership criterion your church configured — attendance weeks plus whichever of baptism, a signed agreement and required classes you require. - **Guest stage**: The stage Passport works out for itself from attendance, visit plans and connections — Invited, Coming, First visit, Came back, Connected. Nobody sets it by hand. - **Plan Your Visit**: Your church’s public page where a guest picks a real upcoming service and tells you they are coming. Every church has exactly one, live from day one — there is no draft or publish step. - **Visitor Connection Card**: A QR code on seat backs, the welcome desk or the bulletin that opens a short form on the guest’s own phone. Plan Your Visit catches people before Sunday; this catches them on it. - **Prospect Card**: A printed card carrying a QR code unique to whoever handed it out, so an outreach team can tell which conversations turned into visits. - **GoReach**: Passport’s entry tier and the outreach half of the product: capturing prospects in the field, logging interactions against a map, and working follow-ups by hand. - **Guests hub**: The one staff screen Sunday runs on, with four tabs: Today, Pipeline, Needs attention and Insights. Every guest action is taken from here. - **Care assignment**: A follow-up task owned by a named person. Passport creates one automatically when a first-time visitor is recorded, and when somebody asks for prayer, a ride or help from a prospect card. - **Guest Journeys**: Ten automatic sequences of messages and tasks, anchored to what a guest actually did. Steps run as a text, an email, a task for a person, or a staff alert — never a push notification. - **Visitor-Member Path**: The rules your church writes down for what each rung of the ladder means and when Passport should promote somebody. Nothing here ever demotes anyone automatically. - **Guest Funnel**: The three surfaces over everybody who entered as a live guest: the Pipeline board, the Needs attention queue, and Insights — where guests came from and what a first visit cost. - **Engagement score**: A number from 0 to 100 on every person, from how recently they were here, how often they have been, and whether they are connected. A fixed formula — not a prediction, and not AI. - **At-risk alerts**: Passport flags somebody whose absence is long relative to their own history, not against a fixed number of weeks. Staff see a phrase — “overdue”, “needs a check-in” — never a score. - **Growth Pipeline Report**: Groups people by the month they arrived and shows how far up the ladder each group has travelled. It answers a different question from the Pipeline board, and the two are not meant to agree. ## Product - [Church Management Software for Guest Follow-Up](https://passport.church/): Church management software built for guest follow-up.
